Peak Construction provides residential and commercial roofing and related construction services, including but not limited to roof replacement, metal roofing, new construction roofing, and roofing and snow management systems. The exact scope, materials, schedule, warranty terms, and price for any project are defined in a written estimate, proposal, change order, or contract agreed between you and Peak Construction.
Verbal discussions, website content, and preliminary information are general in nature and are not binding unless confirmed in writing. A formal quote or contract may include assumptions about site access, existing roof conditions, ventilation, decking, snow-load requirements, and other project factors. Prices and schedules may change if the scope changes, concealed conditions are discovered, materials become unavailable, or you request additional work.
You agree to provide safe access to the work area, utilities as needed, and accurate information about the property. You are responsible for obtaining required permits unless our written agreement explicitly states that we will obtain them on your behalf. Hazardous materials such as asbestos or lead must be identified and remediated by qualified parties before we perform work that would disturb those materials.
Payment terms, including deposits, progress payments, and final payment, will be stated in your estimate or contract. Late payments may result in delayed work, suspension of services, or collection action where permitted by law. You remain responsible for agreed amounts for completed work and materials ordered specifically for your project.
Any workmanship or manufacturer warranty will be described in your project documents. Except as required by law or as expressly stated in writing, we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, or for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, labor conditions, or events outside our reasonable control.
Website content, including project photos, service descriptions, and blog articles, is provided for general information about our capabilities. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. We may update, modify, or discontinue site features at any time.
